Food Pantry seeks volunteers

In the midst of celebrating its 20th Anniversary, the Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry is needing volunteers more than ever.  Every month, the food pantry provides food to more than 4,000 people in over 89 different zip codes.  No one is turned away.  The food pantry’s staff and volunteers are struggling to keep up and are now looking for new volunteers who are available two hours per week.  New volunteer opportunities include answering phones, setting client appointments, interviewing clients and pre-packing food for quick distribution.  To learn more, contact Kelly Mueller at 314-812-9386 or [email protected]
