Food Pantry faces ‘critical shortage’

The Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry is facing a critical shortage, as the agency has seen a significant increase in demand for its services, according to Sue Rundblad, director of the food pantry. The foods in high demand right now are hearty soups, tuna, canned pasta with meat and peanut butter. Donations can be dropped off at the Jewish Food Pantry, open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays.
