Deadline nears for Inclusion Initiative Mini Grants

To help eliminate some of the barriers to active participation of Jewish individuals with disabilities in the Jewish community, Jewish agencies, congregations and Jewish schools are being offered the opportunity to apply for mini-grants of up to $5,000 for inclusive programs within their community.

The grants are offered by the Jewish Federation of St. Louis, in partnership with the St. Louis Jewish Community Inclusion Initiative.  Grants range from $200 to $5,000 for eligible programs and activities, including building accessibility, technology, services support, staff training, student support, transportation and inclusive programs.

Funds cannot cover existing staffing salaries. All applicants must be 501c3 status nonprofit organizations. No individuals or for-profit business may apply. Applications are being accepted through Feb. 27. To apply or for more information, visit jfedstl.org/inclusion/inclusion-mini-grant or contact Rinat Kisin at 314-442-3801.
