Covenant Place is one of 19 local organizations receiving a 2017-2018 “It’s Our Region” (IOR) grant from the St. Louis Regional Business Council (RBC). 

The 19 organizations received “Small Change, Big Impact” capital improvement grants, which are given to a variety of nonprofit organizations and community agencies. Recipients typically receive funds ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 for critically needed capital projects. This year, the RBC awarded a total of $120,000 to the organizations chosen.

Covenant Place received a grant for $9,950. 

The IOR grants were created by RBC members Michael Staenberg, John Ferring and Sue McCollum. Every year, IOR gives $50,000, which is matched by the RBC to total approximately $100,000 in grant awards. For a full list of this year’s grantees, visit stlrbc.org.
