On Sunday, Aug. 3, NCJWSTL held its annual Back To School! Store at Temple Israel. The event provides new winter coats, shoes, hats, gloves, school supplies, personal products, and books to children whose families face financial burdens.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of the program, which has served more than 30,000 children since its inception. More than 600 volunteers helped staff the 2025 Back To School! Store. Many of those accompanied the kids and helped them try on apparel. Several St. Louis County elected officials also participated as personal shoppers.
