UH seniors to meet
Chad Evans will sing songs from the 1930s, 40s and 50s at the meeting of the United Hebrew Monday Seniors group at noon Monday, Nov. 27, in the Jablon Youth Lounge. A box lunch will be served. Forum to talk on Muslim image
United Hebrew Congregation’s Adult Education and Community Action Committees will sponsor an educational forum titled “The Images of Muslims in the Media” at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, in the Messing Auditorium. Gulten Ilhan, associate professor of humanities and global studies coordinator at Meramec Community College, will speak. Admission is free, but reservations are required. Doctor to speak on aging
Dr. Mark McDaniel of Washington University will discuss “Positive Psychology and Aging — Learn To Love Growing Old” from 1-2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, at the Jewish Community Center, 2 Millstone Campus in Creve Coeur.
