The Helene Mirowitz Department of Jewish Community Life at the Jewish Community Center is sponsoring the Shalom Neighbor Hanukkah Candle Lighting and Celebration from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 21, at the Jewish Community Center’s Fox Building in Chesterfield.
