Camp Sabra will celebrate its 50th birthday with a full weekend of festivities, Aug. 28-30, 2020. All alumni are invited back to camp to relive their favorite Sabra memories with former cabin mates, staff and directors.

Camp Sabra’s birthday weekend will include Shabbat dinner and celebration on Friday evening and a weekend filled with  activities, including zip-lining, land sports, sailing, wakeboarding, swimming, archery, evening programs and more. Registration for this celebratory weekend is now open.

“Campfires, ski boats, Inspiration Point at sunrise and the ski dock at sunset – come back with your camp besties and live the Sabra magic again,” said Camp Sabra Director and Sabra Alum Terri Grossman.

The price includes five meals, evening snacks, activities and accommodations, including cabins ($195 per person) and duplexes ($1,200 per duplex, maximum of four people). Non-refundable deposits are required at the time of registration. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.

Additional celebration events are being planned around the country to build excitement among Sabra’s alumni network leading up to 2020. More information can be found online at campsabra.com/alumni.

In addition, Camp Sabra is looking for event chairs and committee members to help plan events. There will be opportunities for everyone – no matter the city – to participate and celebrate the legacy of Camp Sabra.
