CAJE, JCC leaders travel to Israel to bring back program ideas

Sixteen St. Louis professionals and lay leaders representing the Jewish Community Center (JCC) and Central Agency for Jewish Education (CAJE) will travel to Israel from Feb. 20 to March 3. The trip is part of the second phase of a Focus Israel program launched in 2006 to make Israel central to the programming in St. Louis congregations and Jewish community agencies. CAJE and the JCC have agreed to participate in Focus Israel: Part II.

Those interested in following the trip online may do so through a blog at JewishinStLouis.org/FocusIsrael. Focus Israel is a multi-year joint project of Jewish Federation of St. Louis, the Jewish Agency for Israel and MAKOM – the Israel engagement network.
