B’nai Amoona Sisterhood, CJL plan Mussar class

A new Introduction to Mussar adult education class will be offered at Congregation B’nai Amoona from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Wednesdays from July 5 to Aug. 23.
The “Introduction to Mussar: Sacred Texts and Spiritual Practices” class is organized by the B’nai Amoona Sisterhood and Jewish Federation of St. Louis’ Center for Jewish Learning and will be led by Rabbi Neal Rose and CJL director Cyndee Levy.
The class is designed for those who seek to build a foundation for their spiritual practice. Focused on the soul traits of Humility/Anavah, Patience/Savlanut, and Gratitude/Hakarat Ha’Tov.
