Aish Women’s Summer SEED program runs through Aug. 7

Aish St. Louis will continue its Women’s Summer SEED program through Wednesday, Aug. 7, featuring four dynamic female educators from the East Coast. Classes are held at the Aish Firehouse, 457 N. Woods Mill Road in Chesterfield, except as noted. Programs include:
• Thursday, Aug. 1 — Challah Baking at 7:30 p.m.
• Friday, Aug. 2 — Women’s Torah class at noon discussing “Bible Stories: Not just for kids”
• Sunday, Aug. 4 — Women’s breakfast and lecture from 10 a.m. to noon on “Five Famous Women in Tanach”;
and a women’s Torah class from 8-9 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 4 on “Tefilla/Prayer: Shemona Esrei”
• Monday, Aug. 5 — Women’s Torah class at noon on “Prophecy: How do I become a prophet and can I pick a winner on the stock market”; Later that day, from 8-9 p.m. is a women’s Torah class on “Galus/Exile: How does it help us reach our national mission?”
• Tuesday, Aug. 6 — Women’s Torah class at noon on
“Shabbos: Just a day to relax?”; A home study hosted by Alana Umansky Minoff takes place from 8-9 p.m. (RSVP for address); at the Firehouse, a women’s Torah class meets from 8-9 p.m. on “Character Development: I can’t change!”
• Wednesday, Aug. 7 — Women’s Torah Class from noon to 1 p.m. on “Personal Growth thru Torah”; From 3:30-5 p.m. there will be a Goodbye Party and barbecue to wrap up the series.
