Jordan Kadosh, regional director of ADL Heartland based in St. Louis, is just one of 26 emerging leaders in our region to be selected to a join Leadership Missouri, a program designed to expand participants insight into the state’s potential as well as obstacles.
“I’m looking forward to learning how our mission-driven work can add value to our communities across the state,” said Kadosh. “The new skills I learn and the new people I meet will help make ADL’s work more relatable to a broader audience.”
Starting here in St. Louis later this month, Kadosh and his classmates will spend the next seven months touring several Missouri cities including Perryville, Kansas City, Springfield, Jefferson City and St. Joseph. In each place, they’ll meet with the people actually moving the needles and learn how to navigate and affect policy issues, economic forces and demographic shifts in each area.
“Advocacy is a core part of how ADL achieves its goals with public officials, university administrators or private sector executives,” said Kadosh. “Having a greater understanding of how our various stakeholders work together will shape our strategy to combat antisemitism in Missouri.”
