Can you briefly describe your job?
To assist seniors’ transition into a new community and to help them enhance their quality of life and to age in place.
What do you like best about your work?
I get to meet all different kinds of people. I get to help them out with a really key role, and I get to see how they grow in the community.
I know you’re married to Jerilyn and dad to Maya, 8, and Owen, 4. What are your main activities outside of work?
I’m on the board and president-elect of HOPE (Housing Options Provided for the Elderly). I also volunteer for my synagogue, Young Israel. But most of my spare time I spend with my friends and family and our new cat, Oreo.
Do you have any special talents?
I do a lot of cooking at home, mostly around the grill. I’m also kind of fearless in getting in front of a group of people and talking. I can talk to a wall! I’m also good at building relationships.
Favorite deli food?
That’s tough, but I’ll go with pastrami at Kohn’s. Their chicken nuggets are really good, too.
