Jewish Federation of St. Louis will hold a 2016 kickoff for its professional societies 2016 Kickoff on Wednesday, May 4 at Cortex’s @4240 building, located at 4240 Duncan Ave.

The featured speaker will be Travis Sheridan, founding Executive Director of Venture Café Foundation-St. Louis. Sheridan has spent the past decade working with more than 400 startups in California and St. Louis. Donn Rubin, President & CEO of BioSTL, will offer opening remarks at the event, which begins at 5:30 p.m. with cocktails and appetizers, followed at 6:15 by a brief program and optional tours.

Jewish Federation’s professional societies are open to donors representing all industries, trades and professions who make a minimum commitment of $1,800 to the Annual Campaign. Ben Gurion Society members ($1,000 minimum gift for donors under 45) are welcome at all Professional Society programs.
