LOOKING BACK • Rimma Faden, a Russian senior citizen living in the Delmar-Loop area, sits next to the fan provided to her during the July heat wave through the coordinating efforts of the Multi-Service Senior Center, a pilot program funded by the Jewish Federation in 1980.  Faden expressed her gratitude in a letter to the community.
