Nearly 60 people from throughout the community participated in a Deborah Grayson Riegel’s Coaching Academy over three days. Sponsored by the Jewish Federation of St. Louis’ Millstone Institute and held at RISE Collaborative Workspace, the participants learned basic coaching skills for their work, volunteer leadership and personal life. The program was supported by Maryville University/Maryville University Hillel, the Lubin-Green Foundation, a supporting foundation of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis, Mont & Karen Levy and Jonathan Deutsch. Marci Mayer Eisen, Director of the Millstone Institute and an International Coach Federation certified coach, coordinated the program and provides ongoing training for Jewish community staff teams and boards.  Pictured are participants in the Sunday cohort, including members of the 2017-18 Millstone Fellows.
