LOOKING BACK • Israel Goldberg, president of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis in 1984, announces to the audience the Federation’s goal for the 1985 campaign.  President Goldberg said that $9.2 million must be raised in St. Louis in order to maintain services in St. Louis, Israel and worldwide.
