Diversity Seder
Published April 15, 2015
Central Reform Congregation held a Diversity Seder on Sunday night. Previously known as the “Dismantling Racism Seder,” the annual seder brings together CRC members with members of the African Hebrew Israelite Community. The seder reflected on the connections between the Jewish slavery experience in Egypt and the African American slavery experience in the United States, and celebrated the community’s diversity today.
