The Network, a division of Chabad on Campus and a Jewish Federation-funded program for Jewish undergraduate students at UMSL, Webster, SLU, and St. Louis Community College, held a Hanukkah on Ice event at Steinberg Skating Rink in Forest Park on the eighth night of Hanukkah.
