The Social Action Committee and Sisterhood at Congregation B’nai Amoona performed a mitzvah in April for Covenant Place — eight women from the congregation created 21 centerpieces for the Royal Dining Room at Covenant Place and the colorful assortments of silk flowers were introduced at the Passover Seders on April 14 and 15.  The flowers were mounted in separate tin containers filled with foam and moss, accented by butterflies and bumblebees.  Floral designs on the side of each creation matched the flowers the group members created. B’nai Amoona members who prepared the arrangements included Dale Steinberg, Beverly Fogelman, Geri Hubert, Rozella Lapp, Laura Goldmeier, Barb Floom, Jean Margul and Project Chairperson Cheryl Perl.
