Mummies of the World: The Exhibition

Description: Featuring more than 125 real mummies and artifacts from across the globe, the exhibition offers an unprecedented look into the lives of people from every region of the world. Who were they? Where did they come from? What can they teach us?
Emerson Dinoroarus opens at the Zoo
When/Where: Through Oct. 31 at the St. Louis Zoo

Description: This engaging attraction (in the former children’s zoo area) for all ages features 16 different groupings of animatronic and stationary dinosaurs. The cost is $5.95/ticket with advanced zoo reservation (free for zoo members)
49th Annual Balloon Glow and Great Forest Park Balloon Race
When/Where: Glow starts at 5 p.m. Sept. 17; Balloon races get underway at 4:45 p.m. Sept. 18 (with festivities starting at noon), both at Forest Park’s Central Fields.

Description: Come Friday night to see the balloons inflated and watch fireworks while Saturday features fun activities for all ages, including inflatables for the kids, dance performances, skydivers and of course, the flight of the balloons.
2021 Greentree Festival
When/Where: Sept. 17-19 at Kirkwood Park, 111 S. Geyer Rd.

Description: Food, music, arts and crafts vendors, plus a wide variety of kid’s activities on Saturday and Sunday, including inflatables, pony rides, rock climbing, the Bubble Bus, and kid’s entertainment.
When Life Gives You OJ
