Oven Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients:
2 heads of broccoli
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon coarse kosher salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Rinse and separate broccoli spears from the two heads of broccoli. Place broccoli in a large bowl and toss with olive oil and kosher salt.
Turn broccoli out onto a large baking pan into a single layer. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until broccoli is crisp and the tips of the flowerets are browned.
Makes 6 servings.
