“This is one of our carrot faves,” Hanna says. “It serves one adult and one 3-year old.”
Layer ingredients in your blender in the order listed:
½ cup coconut water
2 carrots, cut into chunks
1 orange, peeled
1 cup frozen berries
½ cup frozen mango chunks
1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
1-2 tablespoons hemp, chia or flax seed (optional)
Add more water, as needed, during blending.
