Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients:

1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed 

1 tablespoon olive oil 

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 

1 lemon, zested 

Preparation:

Heat a grill pan until hot (or roast in the oven). 

Toss asparagus with olive oil and place on grill pan, cooking about 3 minutes each side.

Sprinkle warm asparagus with Parmesan cheese and lemon zest.
