Passover Mandel Bread

Ingredients:

1 cup oil

1 1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

4 eggs

2 3/4 cup cake meal

1 cup chopped nuts (I use pecans)

Directions:

1. Combine oil and sugar.

2. Add vanilla.

3. Add eggs, one at a time and blend.

4. Stir in cake meal and nuts.

5. Form into 2 long rolls on a greased cookie sheet.

6. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

7. Slice, lay slices on side and sprinkle with a

cinnamon/sugar mixture.

8. Bake 10 minutes. Enjoy!
