Rabbi Brad Horwitz, JCC Director of Jewish Engagement and Adult Programs

The JCC Ruth & Harold Sher Center of Jewish Life furthers the J’s Jewish mission by providing Jewish engagement, education, cultural, Israel and community outreach services and programs in the St. Louis Jewish community. Young family programs include parent/toddler classes, open play, Jewish holiday programming, playgroups, Tour de Fun, prenatal and postpartum Lactation Support Services, including a free monthly Nursing Moms Groups, and more. Community programs offered include the new Z3 Israel Conference, Sababa: Jewish Arts & Culture Festival, Jewish Arts and Soul Project, Yom Ha’atzmaut, family Israel trip, Israeli engagement initiative, Community Garden of Eden and Songleader Boot Camp, a national Jewish leadership program. In partnership with B’nai B’rith, the center also provides programming for Jewish active adults. Staff members include Rabbi Brad Horwitz, Emilie Brockman, Amy Bornstein, Diane Maier and Ariel Milo.
