ElderLink is a coordinated referral service for older adults, their children, and their caregivers that offers specialized information on resources of interest to older adults. The referral line is staffed by a licensed clinical social worker, who takes the time to listen to each caller’s unique needs and offer customized information and referral on the issues affecting them or their loved ones. Through these services, ElderLink enriches quality of life as people navigate the changing needs of a new stage of life.
