Celebrate J Associates’ new member month by learning the art of Charcuterie
For its annual membership event, J Associates is presenting “Edible Art 101… Charcuterie, Gadgets, Tips & Tricks.”
This virtual event will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 19, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., and will demonstrate how to creatively design and craft various types of charcuterie boards that are sure to wow your guests.
The presentation will be given by Anne Cori and Dan Neman. Cori, owner of Kitchen Conservatory in Clayton, has taught cooking classes for 30 years. She trained in professional kitchens in France, Italy and New Orleans and has published two cookbooks.
Neman has worked at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch since 2014 as a food writer, and prior to that he spent three years as a food writer for the Toledo Blade newspaper. Before becoming a food writer, Neman spent much of his professional career as a movie critic and entertainment writer.
“Edible Art 101… Charcuterie, Gadgets, Tips & Tricks” is co-chaired by Laurie Chod and Marcy Mamroth with assistance from Vice President of Membership, Carol B. Blinder and J Associates President, Debbie Lefton.
There is no cost to attend, and the event is open to the community. Once registered, a link will be emailed the Friday before the event.
