Joe and Julia Silberman Iken celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary during a weekend of events at Shaare Zedek Synagogue. The couple has six children, 19 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. More than 50 people joined the couple for Friday night dinner; more than 300 celebrated with the couple on Saturday, and 100 celebrated with the couple at a Sunday brunch, all at Shaare Zedek.

The couple wishes to thank everyone for the good wishes, cards and tributes in honor of the anniversary.
