Julie Elise Zinn, daughter of Doris and Harold Zinn of Chesterfield and Jeremy Lawrence Krashin, son of Netta and Joseph Krashin of Overland Park, Kan. have announced their engagement.

She is the granddaughter of the late Jack and Goldie Vegh of Chicago and the late Isadore and Leona Zinn of Chesterfield. He is the grandson of Fannie and the late Jack Krashin of Overland Park, and the late David and Paula Schwalb of Omaha, Neb.

The bride-to-be earned her bachelor of science degree in leadership and consumer economics from the University of Delaware and is a graduate student in education at DePaul University in Chicago. Her fiancé earned his bachelor of science degree in strategic communications from the University of Kansas and he is currently Business Development Manager at Veritas Health in Deerfield, Ill.

A November 2013 wedding is planned.
