WIATRAK-STEIN ENGAGEMENT

Kiera Wiatrak, daughter of Dr. Mitchell and Stacy Wiatrak of Nashville, Tenn. and Jeff Stein, son of Robert and Rosalie Stein of Creve Coeur, have announced their engagement.
She is the granddaughter of Dr. Gerald and Phyllis Brickner and Dr. Sanford and Beverly Wiatrak, all of Detroit. He is the grandson of the late Ida and the late William Radman of St. Louis and the late Ralph and the late Irene Stein of Vancouver, Britsh Colombia, Canada.
Originally from Milwaukee, Wisc. the bride-to-be currently lives in Washington, D.C. The bride-to-be graduated in 2005 from Nicolet High School in Milwaukee and was a 2009 graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she received her bachelor of arts degree in journalism. She currently works as a web content manager for CARE USA, a global poverty fighting NGO.
Her fiancé is a 2005 graduate of East Grand Rapids High School in East Grand Rapids, Mich. and in 2009 received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is currently a research associate at a climate and energy consulting firm.
The couple met when they were sophomores at the University of Wisconsin on a Hillel-sponsored alternative spring break trip to Prague. The couple will reside in Atlanta, Ga. following their wedding.
A June, 2012 wedding is planned.
