Gilula-Tanay

Tanya Lise Gilula, daughter of Debbie and Louis Gilula of St. Louis, and Oren Tanay, son of Dr. Valerie Akuna of Phoenix and Yoram Tanay of Washington, D.C., were married July 2, 2006, at Shogren House Museum & Gardens in Portland, Ore, where Rabbi Gary Schoenberg officiated. A wedding reception followed the ceremony at the Shogren House Museum & Gardens. She is the granddaughter of the late Dr. Adolph and the late Dora Gilula of West Frankfort, Ill., and the late Ethel and the late Louis Schline of Richmond, Va. He is the grandson of the late Arthur Nyman and Vera Oldfeldt of the United Kingdom and the late Shoshonah and the late Yoni Tunes of Israel.

Lara Evans was matron of honor, and Rachel Rothman was maid of honor. The groom chose Adam Evans as best man and Ian Gilula, brother of the bride, as groomsman.

Ushers were Ian Gilula, brother of the bride, and Aaron Frankel. Following a wedding trip to Greece, the couple resides in Portland, Ore.

Seigel-Sigel

Lori Jill Seigel, daughter of Fred and Sheri Seigel of Chesterfield, and Randall Jay Sigel, son of Robert and Paula Sigel of St. Louis, were married May 28, 2006, at Congregation Shaare Emeth, where Rabbi Jeffrey Stiffman and Rabbi Bernard Lipnick officiated. A wedding reception followed the ceremony at Windows on Washington. She is the granddaughter of the late Arthur and the late Judy Liebert of Las Vegas, Nev., and the late Milton and the late Eunice Seigel of St. Louis.

Julie Oglander, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Renee Sigel Hearst, sister of the groom; Martha Sigel, sister-in-law of the groom; Sharon Balber; Laurie Lieberman; Mara Keinstein; Robyn Salzman, and Michele Weiss.

Allison Oglander, niece of the bride, and Alexandra Sigel, niece of the groom, served as flower girls.

The groom chose Steven Sigel, his brother, as best man. Groomsmen were Brian Oglander, brother-in-law of the bride; Tim Deering; Steve Martinez; Mike O’Reiley; and Monte Sandler. Ushers were Jonathan Seigel and David Seigel, cousins of the bride.

The ring bearers were Ryan Hearst and Zachary Hearst, nephews of the groom.

Following a wedding trip to Maui, the couple resides in St. Louis.
