SHERMAN-DANIELI
Jamie Alyse Sherman, daughter of Myra and Barry Sherman of Chesterfield, and Yoni Omri Izak Danieli, son of Shlomo and Dina Danieli of Wilmette, Ill., were married Feb. 28, 2009 at the Sheraton Clayton Plaza where Rabbi Howard Kaplansky officiated. A wedding reception followed the ceremony at the Sheraton Clayton Plaza.
She is the granddaughter of the late Annette and Dan Susman of St. Louis and the late Ethel and Dan Sherman of St. Louis. The bride chose her sister, Kimberly Maglin as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Arielle Danieli and Hadar Danieli, sisters of the groom, Season Sherman, sister-in-law of the bride, Kellie Small, Becky Sage, Michelle Rosch, Dara Corbin and Ashley Sposeep, all friends of the bride. Flower Girls were Jordan Hirsch, Orly Hirsch, both nieces of the groom and Ava Sherman, niece of the bride. Honorary Flower Girls were Alexis Maglin and Lyla Sherman, both nieces of the bride.
The groom chose Frank Hirsch, brother-in-law of the groom as best man. Groomsmen were Bryan Sherman, brother of the bride, Mike Maglin, brother-in-law of the bride, Yaniv Dolgin, Adam Karon, Seth Grossman, Sam Slamowitz, Yoni Torchman and Yoav Sharon, all friends of the groom. Ushers were Eli Karon, Justin Stone and Jonathan Welbel, all friends of the groom. The ring bearers were Adam Hirsch, nephew of the groom and Tyler Maglin, nephew of the bride. SIEBERT-SCHWEIZER
Rebecca “Becky” Patricia Siebert, daughter of Mary and Stephen Siebert of Fenton, and Adam Jonathan Schweizer, son of Laurie and Bert Schweizer III of Chesterfield, have announced their engagement. She is the granddaughter of Kathleen and the late Albert Trankle and Jeanette and Clarence Siebert, all of St. Louis.
He is the grandson of Elizabeth and Bert Schweizer II of Creve Coeur, and Bubbles and the late Jerry Shumow of Milwaukee, Wisc. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Rockwood Summit High School, the University of Missouri where she received her B.A. in elementary education, and Maryville University where she received her master’s degree in gifted education. She is currently a gifted education teacher at LaSalle Springs Middle School in the Rockwood School District.
Her fianc é is a graduate of Parkway Central High School, Syracuse University where he received his B.A. in history and education, and Maryville University where he received his master’s in educational leadership (administration). He is currently an assistant principal at Rockwood Valley Middle School in the Rockwood School District.
