Stacy Jennifer Shaw, daughter of Geri Maimin of Los Angeles, and Adam Brian Feit, son of Deborah and Dr. Robert Feit of Creve Coeur, have announced their engagement.

She is the granddaughter of the late Celia and Joseph Brooks of Los Angeles and the late Hilda and Joseph Shaw of Los Angeles.

He is the grandson of Dr. Gerald Feit of Creve Coeur and the late Viola Feit and Morris and Rosalyn Davis of Northbrook, Ill.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Viewpoint High School and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she earned a B.B.A. degree in finance. A CFA charterholder, she currently works in the institutional equity sales group for Citigroup in Chicago. Her fianc é is a graduate of Ladue Horton Watkins High School and the University of Wisonsin-Madison, where he earned a B.B.A. degree in finance.

A CFA charterholder, he currently works in the global corporate investment banking group at Bank of America in Chicago while pursuing an M.B.A. degree at the University of Chicago.

A September wedding is planned in Los Angeles.
