HOFFMANS CELEBRATE 60 YEARS

Stanley and Estelle Hoffman, who were married in St. Louis on June 12, 1949, recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with their children Larry and Phyllis Hoffman, Buddy and Alysa Hoffman, Mark and Judy Hoffman and Nancy and Keith Alper. They are blessed with 10 grandchildren; Lesley, Molly, Billy, Janna, Elana, Naomi, Rena, Gila, Max and Zoe. Family and friends honored the couple at Congregation B’nai Amoona and wish them many more years of happiness together.

HOFFMAN-BACH WEDDING

Naomi Beth Hoffman, daughter of Mark and Judy Hoffman of St. Louis, and Loren Nathan Bach, son of Howard and Wendy Bach of Minneapolis, Minn., were married June 19, 2009 at The Coronado Ballroom where Rabbi Bernard Lipnick and Rabbi Ron Shulman (cousin of the groom) officiated. A wedding reception followed the ceremony at the Coronado Ballroom. She is the granddaughter of Joyce Saffir and the late Harold Saffir of Chicago, Ill., and Stanley and Estelle Hoffman of St. Louis. He is the grandson of Fred and Ruth Ziman of Minneapolis, Minn. and the late David and the late Ida Bach. Jessica Ettinger, friend of the bride was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Rena Hoffman, sister of the bride, Gila Hoffman, sister of the bride, Aliza Bach, sister of the groom and Dalia Bach Kirschbaum, sister of the groom. The groom chose Sam Ribnick, friend of the groom, as best man. Groomsmen were Brian Kirschbaum, brother-in-law of the groom, Norman Pentelovitch, cousin of the groom, Noah Pentelovitch, cousin of the groom and Josh Ritz, friend of the groom. Following a wedding trip to Peru and Belize, the couple resides in Minneapolis. Minn.

FROHMAN-LUBETSKY WEDDING

Jessica Fay Frohman, daughter of Major Ellis M. and Anne M. Frohman of Chesterfield, and Jonathan Scott Lubetsky, son of Dr. Kenneth and Phyllis Lubetsky of Monroe, N.Y. were married March 15, 2009 at Walt Disney World, Florida where Rabbi Seth Gordon of Traditional Congregation officiated. A wedding reception followed the ceremony at the U.S. Pavillion, Epcot, Disney World, Fla. She is the granddaughter of the late Jacob and the late Sara Frohman and the late Julius and the late Mary Banner. He is the grandson of Sylvia and Albert Lubetsky and Harriet and the late Max Shapiro. The wedding party included the groom’s sisters, Dr. Jodi Lubetsky and Dr. Stacey Lubetsky. Following a wedding trip to Disney World in Orlando, the couple resides in Kensington, Md.

BECKER-SANDERS WEDDING

Jodie Lynn Becker, daughter of Dr. Martin and Barbara Becker, of Town and Country and Samuel Louis Sanders, son of Sterling and Lorraine Sanders of Chesterfield were married October 26, 2008 at Shaare Zedek Synagogue where Rabbi Mark Fasman officiated. A wedding reception followed the ceremony at Shaare Zedek. She is the granddaughter of the late Manuel and the late Jane Becker of St. Louis, and the late Henry and the late Mariam Kopperman of St. Louis, Mo. He is the grandson of the late Paul and the late Sophie Sanders of St. Louis and the late Samuel and the late Lillian Bierman of St. Louis. Cindy Houlle, the bride’s best friend was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Cindy Sudekum, friend of the bride and Denise Taylor, friend of the groom. Abby Brandon served as flower girl. The groom chose Matthew Sanders, son of Samuel Sanders as best man. Groomsmen were Michael Becker, brother of the bride and Gonzo Terry, friend of the groom. Ushers were Christopher Sudekum and Nick Brandon. The ring bearer was Zack Brandon. Following a wedding trip to Springfield and Branson, the couple resides in Chesterfield, Mo.
