Dana Alyse Traub, daughter of Dr. Gary and Phyllis Traub of St. Louis, and Neil David Silverblatt, son of Terri and Jim Polacheck and the late Kenny Silverblatt of Pittsburgh, Pa. have announced their engagement. 

She is the granddaughter of Trudy and the late Allan Traub and the late Evelyn and Sidney Goldfarb of St. Louis. He is the grandson of Gloria and the late Irwin Silverblatt and the late Sarah and Norman Boodman of Pittsburgh. 

The bride-to-be earned her bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Michigan, graduating with honors, and received her master of arts degree from the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration and is a licensed clinical social worker. She is currently the Director of School Health Centers for Heartland International Health Center. 

Her fiancé earned his bachelor of business administration degree in risk management and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is currently employed as an insurance broker and client service executive at the Hylant Group in Chicago. 

A May, 2013 wedding is planned.
