Carolyn Anne Shulman, daughter of Mark and Robin Shulman of Creve Coeur and Joshua Joseph Baron, son of Alan and the late Cindi Baron of Wildwood, have announced their engagement.

She is the granddaughter of the late Samuel and the late Blanche Shulman and the late Max and the late Ruth Berman of St. Louis. Her fiancé is the grandson of Richard and Jan Baron and George and Pat Wagner of St. Louis.

The bride-to-be attended Bradley University and earned her bachelor of science degree in health care management from Maryville University. She is currently a project manager in revenue management at Mercy. Her fiancé received his bachelor of arts degrees in multimedia and advertising along with minors in graphic design and marketing from Bradley University. He is currently a senior software engineer at MasterCard Worldwide. In addition, he is a freelance web designer in his spare time.

The couple live in Wildwood. A September, 2012 wedding is planned in St. Louis.
