Schvey-Conway Engagement

Natasha Avril Schvey, daughter of Dr. Henry and Patty Schvey of St. Louis, and Garrett Matthew Conway, son of Robert and Linda Conway of West Hartford, Conn., have announced their engagement.
She is the granddaughter of the late Max and Edna Cohn of St. Louis and the late Norman and Rita Schvey of New York, N.Y. He is the grandson of the late Gustave and Gertrude Stieglitz of West Hartford, Conn.
The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of John Burroughs School. She earned her B.A. in English from Northwestern University in 2006 and her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Yale University in 2014. She is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the National Institutes of Health.
Her fiancé earned his bachelor of arts degree in international relations and French from the University of Connecticut in 2006. He is currently a Commodities Manager at Morgan Stanley in Baltimore, Md.
The couple met on JDate. The first night the couple spent in Washington, D.C. after moving from Connecticut, they headed to the roof to enjoy the view of the city and a celebratory bottle of champagne. Garrett then asked Natasha to spend the rest of her life with him. After repeatedly asking Garrett, “Really?” Natasha finally said, “Yes!”
A fall, 2015 wedding is planned.
