ROSENTHAL/TALVE-GOODMAN ENGAGEMENT

Josie Zahavah Rosenthal, of St. Louis, daughter of Mark and Rose Rosenthal of St. Louis, and Jacob Moses Talve-Goodman, son of Rabbi Susan Talve and Rabbi James Stone Goodman of St. Louis, have announced their engagement.
She is the granddaughter of the late Hana and the late Wolf Pinkus of Poland, and Lillian and the late Joseph Rosenthal of St. Louis. He is the grandson of the late Harry and the late Pearl Goodman of Detroit, Mich, and Mark and the late Marilyn Talve of Manhasset, N.Y.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Pattonville High School, and earned her bachelor of fine arts degree from the University of Kansas, and her MAT from Lindenwood University. She is currently a high school art teacher.
Her fiancé is a graduate of Clayton High School, and earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in recreational management and philosophy of Education. He also earned a degree from the Gemological Institute of America, and is a graduate gemologist, an accredited jewelry professional and owner of Talve Trading.
A June, 2013 wedding is planned.
