We are pleased to announce the engagement of David Nykin, son of Jan Nykin and Ilya and Irene Nykin, to Linda Newman of San Francisco, daughter of Yolanda and Stephen Newman.  

The groom-to-be graduated from Ladue Horton Watkins High School and the University of Southern California, and he is currently attending the University of California-San Diego School of Medicine. The bride-to-be graduated from Emerson College in Boston and is currently attending Bastyr University working toward her doctorate in naturopathic medicine.  

They are planning a wedding in the summer of 2016 in San Diego.
