NEUMAN-WILLIAM WEDDING

Stephanie Ann Neuman, daughter of Helen and Charlie Neuman of Chesterfield, Mo. and Kenneth Benjamin William, son of Ann and Douglas William of Jericho, N.Y., were married June 16, 2012 at the Brookfield Zoo in Brookfield, Ill. where Rabbi Shoshanah Conover officiated. A wedding reception followed the ceremony at the zoo.
She is the granddaughter of the late Shirley and the late Sam Karp of St. Louis, and the late Leo and the late Ida Neuman of St. Louis. He is the grandson of Irene and the late Morton Schultz of Rockville Center, N.Y. and the late Gerald and the late Harriet William of Tamarac, Fla.
The bride chose her twin sister, Lori Neuman, as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Maggie Dorgan, Amy Gier, both friends of the bride, Jennifer Gawronski, cousin of the bride, and Leah Belsky, cousin of the groom. Ainsley William, daughter of the groom, served as flower girl. The ring bearer was Leo Neuman, cousin of the bride.
The groom chose his brother, Jeffrey William, as best man. Groomsmen were Daniel and David Block, cousins of the groom, Bill Simpson, friend of the bride and Aaron Podolner, friend of the groom. Ushers were Bradley Gawronski, cousin of the bride and Gabriel Belsky, cousin of the groom. The couple first met on JDate. They had their first date at the very romantic California Pizza Kitchen, where they talked for so long that they got kicked out when the restaurant closed. Early on, they realized that they had something special and felt like they had known each other forever.
Following a wedding trip to Costa Rica, the couple resides in St. Charles, Ill.
