T.J. and Eleanor Mullin of University City are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Catherine Irene, to Matthew Robert Cort, son of David and Susan Cort of Town and Country. 

She is the granddaughter of the late Israel and Evelyn Ginsburg of Ladue, and the late Timothy and Ellen Mullin of University City.

He is the grandson of B. G. and Nancy Jones of Atlanta and the late Irving & Sylvia Cort of Silver Spring, Md.

The bride-to-be graduated from Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School in 2003, and received a B.S. in communication studies and anthropology from Texas Christian University in 2007.

She currently works in the Department of Enrollment Management as an Admissions Advisor for DeVry University in Chicago.

The groom-to-be graduated Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School in 2000, and received a B. A. in economics from Northwestern University in 2004. He is currently pursuing his M.B.A. at the Kellogg School of Management, and is the Operations Manager for Navman Wireless in Chicago.

A fall 2011 wedding is planned.
