Chui-Ling Michelle Moy, daughter of Bor Ming and Yee Chun Moy of Chicago, Ill., and David Matthew Seigel, son of Ron and Terry Seigel of Chesterfield have announced their engagement.

She is the granddaughter of Su Jin Mei of Chicago, Ill.

He is the grandson of Bernadine Winter of Chesterfield, and the late Milton Winter, and the late Eunice and Milton Seigel. Michelle is a graduate of Victor J. Andrew High School. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design from the University of Illinois-Champaign-Urbana. She is a communications designer at IDEO Inc. in Chicago.

David is a graduate of Parkway Central High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in actuarial science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from the University of Illinois – Champaign-Urbana. He is a Fellow of The Society of Actuaries working as a consultant for Mercer Health and Benefits in Chicago.

A September, 2010 wedding is planned in Chicago.
