Ashley Brooks Moffatt, daughter of Cynthia and David Moffatt of Long Island, N.Y., and Ryan Michael Feit, son of Deborah and Dr. Robert Feit of Creve Coeur, have announced their engagement. 

She is the granddaughter of Edith and Thomas Perillo of Long Island and Jean Moffatt of Winter Park, Fla. He is the grandson of the late Viola and Dr. Gerald Feit of St. Louis and the late Rosalyn and Morris Davis of Northbrook, Ill. 

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Mercy High School in  Long Island and the University of Delaware, where she earned a B.B.A. degree in finance. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in nutritional sciences in New York. Her fiancé is a graduate of Ladue Horton Watkins High School and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a B.B.A. degree in finance and accounting, and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management. Ryan is CEO and co-founder of SeedInvest, an equity crowdfunding company based in New York City. 

A November, 2014 wedding is planned.
