Medintz-Fliesher Engagement

Deborah Alfreda Medintz, daughter of Jeffrey Medintz and Daniela Maier Medintz, and David Saul Fliesher of St. Louis, son of Dr. Edward Fliesher and Susan Halpern Fliesher of St. Louis, have announced their engagement.
Daniela and Jeffrey reside in St. Louis, but she is originally from Quito, Ecuador and he is originally from Atlanta, Ga.
Deborah is the granddaughter of Dr. George Maier and Brigitta Neuman Maier from Quito, and the late Coleman and Myra Medintz of Atlanta, Ga.
David is the grandson of the late Dr. Saul Halpern and Minette Sacher Halpern Laba, Benjamin Fliesher and the late Evelyn Rotman Fleisher of St. Louis.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Churchill High School in San Antonio, Texas. She is earning her bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the UM-St. Louis-Washington University joint Engineering Program-Honors College. She has accepted a position at Boeing as design engineer after graduation.
Her fiancé is a graduate of Ladue Horton Watkins High School and earned his bachelor of science degree in finance and operations from Indiana University. He is a CPA earning his MBA at the Washington University Olin School of Business, and is employed as an accountant with Monsanto in St. Louis.
A summer, 2014 wedding is being planned.
