Emily Lynn Maneson, daughter of Sue and Larry Maneson of St. Louis and James Ryan Roberts, son of James Roberts and Virginia Roberts both of Atlanta, Ga. have announced their engagement.

She is the granddaughter of the late Bernice and the late Ben Lieberman of St. Louis and the late Anne and the late Nate Maneson of St. Louis. He is the grandson of the late Pliny and the late Ophelia Roberts and the late Harry and Dainy George.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Parkway North High School and the University of Alabama, where she earned a B.S. degree in education. She is currently a special education teacher.

Her fiancé is a graduate of Mt. LeSales Academy and Central Georgia Technical College, where he earned his degree in surgical technology. He is currently a surgical technician in Georgia.

A March, 2012 wedding is planned.
