Courtney Haworth of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Brian Mitchell of Chesterfield, have announced their engagement. Courtney is the daughter of Rebecca Haworth and David Haworth, both of Scottsdale. Brian is the son of Don and Carol Mitchell of Chesterfield.

The bride-to-be graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is currently a preschool teacher at Congregation Beth Israel in Scottsdale, and also serves as the summer Day Camp Director.

Her fiancé graduated from Parkway North High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from Indiana University. He is currently Director of Camp Daisy and Harry Stein in Prescott, Ariz. An October, 2017, wedding is planned in Sedona, Ariz.
