Allyson Golden, daughter of Bob and Jeanne Golden of Rye, N.Y. (formerly from Clayton), and Ryan Fassler, son of Tim and Carol Fassler of St. Louis, have announced their engagement.

Allyson is the granddaughter of Al and Judy Goldman of Clayton and Bob Golden of Springfield, Ill. Ryan is the grandson of Gordon and Jean Shaw, and Anthony Fassler, all of St. Louis. 

The bride-to-be graduated from Clayton High School and she received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Washington University. She is currently a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. 

Her fiancé graduated from Lutheran South High School and received an undergraduate degree from Webster University and an MBA from Washington University. He is currently a senior associate at Capital One. 

The couple met as students in the MBA program at Washington  University. 

A September 2018 wedding is planned.
