GOLD-CHANG Engagement

Robin Shay Gold – daughter of Elaine and Ron Unell of Creve Coeur and Ron Gold of Irvine, Calif. – and Raymond Liang Chang – son of Chente Wu “Jane” and Nathan Adams of Columbia, Md., and Jao Sheng “Jack Chang” of Taipei, Taiwan – have happily announced their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Henry Levin and the late Babette Levin Birenbaum and Sam Birenbaum, and the late Edith and Eli Gold.
Her fiancé is the grandson of Shang Yun Wu of I-lan, Taiwan; Shiow Mei Chen of Kyoto, Japan; the late Kai Chang of Hang-Zhow, China and the late Jin Lian Xu Chang of Gao-Xiong, Taiwan.
The bride-to-be received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is currently teaching gifted education and working on her master’s degree.
The groom-to-be received his bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and is currently working as a program manager for Hussmann Corporation.
They reside in St. Louis County. A July, 2012 wedding is planned.
