Becky Gans, daughter of Richard and Lisa Gans of Chesterfield, and Mike Solomonov, son of Ella and the late Yuri Solomonov of Chesterfield, have announced their engagement.

She is the granddaughter of the late Burton and the late Gilda Librach, the late Oscar Winchell, Gil and Barb Gans and Dr. Carl and Sue Smith.

He is the grandson of Victor and Rita Solomonov of Haifa, Israel and Mark and Diana Pakhmanov of Haifa, Israel.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Parkway Central High School and the University of Missouri where she earned a B.S.N. degree in nursing. She is currently a pediatric nurse at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

Her fiancé is a graduate of Parkway Central High School and the University of Missouri where he earned a B.S.B.A. degree in marketing. He is currently a senior manager at Outrider, Inc.

An April, 2011 wedding is planned.
